ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS FINDS!

Lately I've been immersed in Blogsville! I have to tell you, I have found some absolutely Fabulous spots for artists. Who knew there was so so much out there. SPEAKING OF SWEET THINGS...
This is one of my favorite cakes to serve at small parties.
Easy fast instructions.
A box of Lemon Cake Mix - prepare as instructed adding 1 tbsp of lemon zest and 1/2 can crushed pineapple to mix. Bake in bundt pan. When cooled add Cream Cheese Frosting (sprinkle top with 1/2 tbsp of lemon zest. Fill center with Fresh Strawberries or other desired red fruit. Circle plate with fresh fruit. EASY, FUN AND ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!
